1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Match Reserve's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify them at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Service Description

The Match Reserve is a personalized matchmaking service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including a relationship, engagement, or marriage.

3. Two-Phase Fees

Our service involves a $49 application fee (refundable only if denied) and a $299 membership fee collected only upon approval covering 3 months with up to 3 curated introductions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter a binding agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, honest information. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Match Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you have paid.

Our Membership Extension Guarantee

If we are unable to provide a qualified introduction during your membership period, we will extend your membership at no additional cost.
