By accessing or using The Match Reserve's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify them at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Service Description

The Match Reserve is a personalized matchmaking service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including a relationship, engagement, or marriage.

3. Two-Phase Fees

Our service involves a gender-based application fee (men: $99 · women: $49 — refundable only if denied) and a membership fee collected only upon approval covering 3 personally curated introductions (men: $399 · women: $99).

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to enter a binding agreement.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, honest information. Misrepresentation may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Match Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees you have paid.

Our 3-Introduction Guarantee

Every member is guaranteed 3 personally curated introductions. If we are unable to fulfill all 3 introductions during your membership period, we will continue working with you at no additional cost — for as long as it takes — because finding your person is a promise we take seriously.
