Application Fee Refund

If your application is not approved by our team, your application fee (men: $99 · women: $49) will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe. No questions asked.

Membership Fee

Once your application is approved and you pay the membership fee (men: $399 · women: $99), this fee is generally non-refundable as active matchmaking work begins immediately. A refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment if no matchmaking work has commenced.

3-Introduction Guarantee

If we are unable to provide all 3 curated introductions, we will continue working with you at no additional cost — for as long as it takes. This is our promise to every member.
