Refund Policy

Application Fee Refund ($49)

If your application is not approved by our team, your $49 application fee will be refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe. No questions asked.

Membership Fee ($299)

Once your application is approved and you pay the $299 membership fee, this fee is generally non-refundable as active matchmaking work begins immediately. A refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment if no matchmaking work has commenced.

Membership Extension Guarantee

If we are unable to provide at least one qualified introduction during your 3-month membership period, we will extend your membership at no additional cost for as long as it takes to make an introduction.
