Your Safety Matters

While we vet all candidates in our program, The Match Reserve cannot guarantee the character, intentions, or behavior of any individual introduced through our service. You are responsible for your own safety in any dating context.

Screening Process

We conduct informal screening of all candidates through our application and assessment process. We do not perform formal criminal background checks unless specifically indicated. We encourage you to conduct your own due diligence.

Meeting Safety

Always meet potential matches in public places for the first several dates. Share your plans and contact information with a trusted friend or family member. Trust your instincts — if something feels off, it's okay to leave.

Online Safety

Be cautious about sharing personal information such as your home address, workplace, or daily routines until you have established trust with someone.

Report Concerns

If you ever feel unsafe or experience inappropriate behavior from any match or member of our service, please contact us immediately at safety@thematchreserve.com. We take all concerns seriously and will investigate promptly.
